Holiday Greetings are my Favorite ...Thanks to Shutterfly!

It's beginning to look a lot like...


It's been a few years since we've sent out Christmas cards--things were just too crazy when Violet was born 2 years ago and last year well, juggling schedules never afforded opportunity for pictures of everyone. It didn't stop me from longingly looking at the designs I wanted to use. This year I was determined to make sure to get cards.

My go-to for Christmas cards has always been Shutterfly.  The variety of choices is exceptional!

Such a simple, classy way to add a bit of "me" to our cards.  I've always loved the back of the card designs.  Just a sweet, little send off that makes me happy!

Not going to lie, it was hard to choose because there are  many options even within each card! But, without question, these foil-stamped cards are classy and beautiful and I couldn't have gone wrong with any of them!  You'll have to wait and see what I picked. ;)

Another unique way to spread holiday cheer is to send out ornament cards!  I think these would be super fun to receive and what a unique way to display cards at home! A Christmas Remembered: 2004

As I have been working on Christmas cards and reflecting on the last year, I came across this newsletter last night that I sent out in 2004 with our cards. 

Andrew was 5 years old!  Clearly, I had one kid and way more energy!  It was fun to read with Andrew and reminisce and talk about some of the time when it was just us. ♥

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like...

Ok, let's face it.
I am THE WORST at getting cards out on time.  But, the fact is, I LOVE cards.  Especially Christmas cards.  Oh, I have always looked forward to getting cards, reading letters and seeing how my friends and family had grown and what was happening in their lives.  Last year I just wasn't able to get it together in time to get our cards out, although I still have them. :)  And will be sending them with this year's cards ...and thank you notes and birth announcements.  You see what I'm saying?  This year I'm determined to take care of this!

After Lily's 1st birthday, I was able to get it together and sent out thank you cards timely.  I ordered them from Tiny Prints after searching and finding EXACTLY what I wanted.  Seriously, I am still in love with these cards.
