In other news, I've been lucky on the giveaway, party, gift winning as of late. My friends have said for years I have a permanent horseshoe attached. I've been fortunate to be
that lucky for a long time. Never is it taken forgranted!
In the last couple months, I was lucky enough to win two separate times $50 Amazon giftcards via twitter parties. I mention that now because I just this week ordered my coveted steam mop for a SUPER steal price on Amazon and it's supposed to arrive today or tomorrow with one of the gift cards. $118 for $41? Yes, please. Total out of pocket for me? zero. Winning! I've got my eye on a couple other items, but fortunately I'm not one who has money burning a hole in my pocket if I've got it. I'm content to sit and wait for exactly the right item. I also got a book and a facial cleansing kit with those wins. :) And yeah, it just means I'm old that I'm super excited about my steam mop!
Last week, I won a Disney Junior prize pack in another twitter party. It arrived today and OHMAHGAWDISITCUTIE! So much good stuff! Stickers, backpacks, a lunchbox, tattoos, a notebook, a journal, a bandana. All Disney Junior and Jake and the Neverland Pirates!
Lily was super excited about the little notebook with Mickey on it! She's like a little secretary. Always wants a notebook and a pencil or crayon. Winning!
Late last night, I got an email letting me I'd won 4 tickets to the
Touch A Truck going on in Pittsburgh this weekend via
Macaroni Kid of North Hills! We've never been, we're always looking for local events, the weather's going to be great and who can beat free! Winning!

think that's everything, but feel like I'm forgetting another recently too though. I've had some recent wonderful review opportunities and a couple upcoming that I'm hoping play out as I'd love for them to! Fortunate. Blessed. Grateful.
My life is good. And to have to endure the drama for the rest, well, I'm heeding the lessons and taking the positive.
