On September 17, 2007, we became one team.

We have had a very rocky road fighting in an extensive legal battle to gain shared custody of George's daughter. In April 2009, we were successfully granted shared custody.
It's not easy blending families.
We have made it work....together.
May 28, 2009, we found out we were pregnant with a surprise who would join our family January 26, 2010.
July 2, 2009, sadly, we found out our baby had no heartbeat at 10 weeks, 5 days.
This loss was more profound that we could have imagined.
December 9, 2009, we learned we were pregnant again with a baby who was to join our family on August 14, 2010.
Lily made her appearance 3 weeks early on July 24, 2010!
As a hockey loving family, in blending our family, we used the analogy of a hockey team:

Lily is the center. :)
