Day 1

As I said yesterday, I am joining in on this 30 Day Challenge and linking up with Katie.  I'm a couple days behind, so I may have a day where I double up to catch up. We'll see.  I also may decide that this isn't for me, say like, Day 12 or something.  But, alas, I'm doing it for now.

Day 1-Introduce, recent picture, 15 interesting facts

My name is Stephanie. I'm a 37 year old woman, wife and mom. I am a teacher whose been at home for the last 3 years. My son is 10 and my daughter is 11 1/2 weeks. I have an angel baby as well. I'm also a stepmother for the 2nd time in my life. To learn more about my family click Our Team.

I'm divorced and now married to my soulmate and best friend. I wholeheartedly believe everything happens for a reason and each piece of my journey has led me exactly where I am supposed to be.

one:

I have been married for 2 months and 23 days.

two:

I skipped 2nd grade.

three:

Kindergarten is my favorite grade and age group to teach.

four:

I have lived in 3 states in my life: Pennsylvania (birth to age 6) to Arizona (age 6 to 22) to Tennessee (age 22 to 30) to Arizona (age 30 to 33 1/2)  to Pennsylvania.(33 1/2 to present).

five:

I am the only girl of 3 children & I am the oldest.

six: 

My anniversary, my husband's birthday and my daughter's birthday are separated by 2 days each...in that order.

seven:

I have a rubber duck collection. 

eight: 

I started college in 1990 and graduated in 2005. 

nine:

After I got divorced, I had to learn that in order to be the best mom to my son, I had to be happy as a person, not solely a mom.

ten:

I hate liars...cheating, deceitfulness, dishonesty...any variety.

eleven:

I didn't like beer until I was in my 30s.

tweleve:

My dad died when I was 22, at the age of 48.  It changed my life.

thirteen:

I love Sharpies more than normal people should. (If you use my silver Sharpie, you are doomed.)

fourteen:

I moved to Nashville to pursue a singing career. One of the best decisions of my life.

fifteen:

I have met a lot of celebrities...mostly in country music.
