The kids have been playing for several weeks so far...
Andrew's team is in first place as of now.
Lily loves to dress like Olivia Newton John for her brother's games:
George and I are doing fantasy hockey. It's my 1st time doing it, so we'll see how it goes. He gave me some guidance on who to choose for my team, but he helped build my confidence enough that I would suggest a player I wanted and he would say, "That's a GREAT pick!" (Could be that he just wants to win and was telling me to pick someone who's terrible.haha) Nah, he'd rather me win.
The other night we were talking about hockey and I had this revelation-- we no longer have a goalie on our team. See, when we found out we were pregnant with Lily, we joked that we had a complete team: George and I are the defense, Andrew and Reagan are the wings, Lily was the center, and our dog, Fred, was the goalie. A few weeks ago, we had to put Fred to sleep. It was a really sad time and seriously difficult to watch my husband be sad about his dog. :(
Daddy and I are the defense protecting our family, of course. Andrew and Reagan are the wings because they are one of each of us and Lily's the center because she's all of us. ♥

So, right now, we're sans goalie.Penguins kick of their season this Thursday too!

Thanks for keeping up with my blog. I love being able to share our life (and stay tuned in with the lives of others)that way. The cake is super cute (and easy) - fruit by the foot (stripes), marshmallows cut in half and touched up a little with yellow icing.
It would be nice if Trent and Andrew could know one another better.
So glad that Lily is doing well. I'm sure you're noticing different things with her, no longer consumed with the unknowns that first-time parents endure.
